What about a modern RP, in which the worlds communication grid is shut down by a terrorist cell that launches a series of strikes on the worlds militaries and citizens. The worlds nations have to avoid going to war by accident, and manage to hunt down the terrorists with little to no global communications

Edit: wait, are you referring to the suggested RP by Provincial America? If he wants, he can run that RP (though that's literally his only post on the forums so I doubt it) but that's not the RP we're talking about.

I'm not good at names, but perhaps "The Seminal Catastrophe" or "Wintreath on Edge" or something along those lines.

This is basically going to be a world war. How about "World War Wintreath"? Call it WWW for short.
