I love democracy. I love the Republic.

Democracy is a tool for the weak minded and emotionally driven. It's a popularity contest. What option appeals to the masses best. It's not about what's best. It's about making people happy. What needs to be done is oftentimes ignored or looked upon as the devil's work. Democracy is doom.
