    Ok.  To ensure that this RP doesn't go the way of the inactivity graveyard, I think that we need to put some sort of schedule in place to ensure that we keep this active.  Like a "have Factbooks done: March 2nd" and a "begin IC: March 4th" or something.  Otherwise we could stay in this odd sort of limbo forever, which wouldn't be very fun at all!  Anyone care to comment?  :)
