Yesterday I was going to take a break from working out...I had successfully completed my goals each day for awhile now, and I felt like I deserved a break...except I coudln't quite not do at least a little bit. I found that without working out as the day went on I felt lazier and more lethargic, and my head became foggier, so I ended up walking a mile and doing ten squats and push-ups...I felt like a new person afterwards.

I was looking through some things from long ago and I came across something very interesting. It made me stare at my computer, confused, for a good 15 seconds.

I created a group on Roblox a very long time ago (it was horrible). You can make groups of people, and I created one that included the words, "[...] that Potato Likes"

This would be hilarious, but I have no memory of writing that or thinking anything about holy potatoes or anything like that. I'm kind of confused and scared, actually. I must have just thought of something random, and potato came to mind.

Maybe this is just a coincidence... or maybe not. What do you think this means, @Crushita? I need da Potatoe Pope to explain!

By the way Mathyland! Do you play Pokemon Y? Because a few days ago I battled someone named Mathy.

You know, now that I've gotten some DM (or GM if you prefer) experience under my belt, I have to say it is kinda fun. So I might be willing to do a Wintreath DnD (or Pathfinder) session if anyone is interested.

If anyone is interested please tell me what they wish to use out of the following:
DnD 3.5e
DnD 5e
Pathfinder (DnD 3.5e with some balance changes and is online/free)

Personally I prefer Pathfinder as I have the most experience with it at this time...so yeah, if anyone is interested hit me up and I can probably try and organize something

They are different systems used to facilitate the game itself, in a high level sense. You can think of them as similar games really, but in different game engines. DnD 3.5e is like Minecraft Java edition while DnD 5e is like Minecraft Windows Edition and Pathfinder is like Minecraft Java with a large modpack (This is the easiest way I can think of describing it). They all are essentially the same game, but they all have differences in implementation and the like.

DnD 5e (Dungeons and Dragons fifth edition) is the latest edition.
DnD 3.5e (Dungeons and Dragons 3.5(th?) edition) is an older edition, but is still semi-popular.
Pathfinder is a 'fork' of DnD 3.5e with some changes to it in order to balance it out or fix issues and is also available online for free.(Under the Open Game License).

I prefer Pathfinder mainly because I have access to all of the documents online, as does everyone else...and because this is what I used for my actual group. If we get at least five people total (me + four others), then we can at least try out a pre-made campaign as a sort of 'trial run' to see how it turns out.

EDIT 2: I also have a friend who is willing to help out and DM instead of me for a bit so we can all learn more about Pathfinder and how to play. So I am definitely leaning towards Pathfinder atm. Anyone interested should let me know, even if they may not be available for a bit. At the very least it lets me get an idea for who I can expect and the like.

So I had a dream last night that was kind of interesting.  Some friends (whom I've never even seen before irl) and I were having a party.  We hear an announcement on TV that China has invaded, and we freak out.  For some reason our first instinct is to hightail it out of there and find a new place to hide.

As we're scrambling around, the only thought on my mind was that we were all going to die because they would't take any prisoners.

So a couple of us find a new abandoned house and set up shop there.  We look through the window and see a bunch of monkeys having a parade of sorts on main the main street, which doesn't phase us (so apparently China was taken over by monkeys).  We do get the sense that one of the soldier monkeys is looking around to make sure no one is inside, so I quickly close one set of curtains before they get there.  The main curtains are still wide open, however, and the table we're at is right in plain view.

I keep telling my friend to close the curtains quickly before we get discovered, but for some reason he's so stupid that he doesn't comprehend (and none of the others are quick to jump at doing it.  I rush to the window to do it, but I end up ducking just in time since the soldier at that moment makes it to the window.  However, my friends chose to hide under the obviously in view table, and the monkey soldier screeches and points (I'm still hiding right under his view, but the perspective of the dream was 3rd person).

I sneak my way to the door quickly, and run out the back and just keep running the entire time, not caring that my slow-witted friends were probably caught and killed.

Then I woke up.
