So I thought I had seen it all on grindr, until today when I was browsing through it and noticed a guy with the username 'tina anyone?'...looking it up, apparently tina is slang for meth. I mean, I know this is West Virginia, but I can't believe that even here someone would advertise doing meth, and with a photo of himself to boot, lol. Guy better hope that police aren't monitoring that. xD

Actually though I rarely check grindr these days...it was interesting to see what was around at first, and I had a few convos with guys, some of which were actually not about sex lol. I just don't like that the people who contact me on there are the people I think would fuck anything that moves...maybe that's everyone on there...but even though I'm very open when it comes to sex I think I have enough self-worth not to give myself to just anyone, especially not a random stranger I just started chatting with on an app.

Plus there were a few people advertising for sex that were HIV+...kudos to them for at least revealing their status, but that just makes me worry about the ones that either don't know or won't reveal it cause it'd cockblock them.

I'm familiar with the idea of bugchasing, but I don't think it's as prominent as some in the media would like people to believe. I think most of the ones that announce it are just being responsible, and those that don't legitimately don't know...though there will always be some that put getting laid above doing the right thing and not reveal their status.

When you say Kaisereich all that comes to mind is that one region that CAIN says is a Nazi region but they say isn't. O_o

In any case, somebody in our department put in their two week notice yesterday...he's apparently moving to Oregon, and I'm just like...how? How did the guy that keeps to himself even more than me, makes much less money, and has no apparent connections get unstuck from this state? Maybe I'll ask him tomorrow, since I have to meet with him about his projects since I get the dubious honour of taking over his work. I have to admit, I'm a bit envious...it's just that I feel kinda stuck where I'm at right now, in terms of location and advancement and finances. I'm not doing bad off really, it's just...I'd like to feel like I was advancing, and I feel...stuck.

But somehow, he's moving to the other side of the country, where there's probably lots more opportunities and great things. v_v

If either were true though it wouldn't be by design. Any real KR type would call Nazis smelly peasants that must be subjugated by a superior noble class.

And for me, all I think of is an old friend who left NationStates over a year ago.

So, I talked with the guy in our department that's leaving, and his situation isn't nearly as great as I would have thought. It turns out his getting all his money together to attend a code camp in Oregon that then tries to get people internships with tech companies...he doesn't know what else he's going to do there or even where he's going to stay, and if it doesn't work out he's spent a lot of money and time for nothing...though if it does work out he'll be better off than he would be here.

I want to escape the state myself, but that's not my idea of how I'd want to do it. =/
