That's more commitment than I have. I just try to do my walking program once a day.

I've been counting my steps recently, out of interest... I did a month with just normal activity... Some days I would take 33 steps and some days I would take 33000. I'm not even committed to basic movement.

How do you take 33 steps? That's the most planned out lethargy I've ever heard of...

Hey there! Welcome back! And what a way to come back...

Just spent 8 weeks, 5 days a week, in a gym...gained 21 pounds, 3 inches on my chest, and 2.5 inches on my arms....gonna keep going till Christmas and then take a break and start again in February,,,

That's serious growth in that amount of time. Whatever you're doing, keep.it up!  Oh, and welcome back, of course.

It makes no sense...I get called a ginger. And I want to explode their faces.
I am a little Scottish though, so that possibly has something to do with it. I am also 1/16 Cherokee, so I gets no good facial hair growing skills.

I have yet to do so, WM, but I've definitely given it more thought recently than before.  I'd love if it had more... substance than just a random selfie. 

Jone, I too have many Scottish and Irish friends whose facial hair comes in very red.  This fails to explain, however, how my Polish ass ended up with red facial hair.
