Really me

Sorry about earlier.  I just am self conscious about my weight,  even if i weighed myself this morning before my flight and found out that I weigh 210 lbs., a loss of 10 pounds in the past month.  I still feel fat and ugly, especially since I now had to shave my beard for my family so I don't look like "a dirty Muslim" (Dad's words).

So I am once again not only shirtless,  but beardless now.  Thoughts???
