As usual, you are allowed to nominate any games that you feel your other fellow Wintreans should try out, as long as they are accessible to most of us. Such games include classic games (eg. GBA , PS1, N64, Dreamcast), flash/java/web games (kongregate.com), free MMO games (onRPG), mobile games and PC games that are easily obtainable. Also, please keep it legal if any of the nominated games have a price tag (aka no illegal downloading).

Nominations will last for three days from this post and the voting will begin immediately after that.

Can I nominate multiple things?

Gonna try anyway... I nominate:

Factorio - A fun little game which I have streamed a couple of times; it's sorta sandbox but I think a few people here would enjoy it, and I would love to have some people to play it with, it's also recently out on Steam. (https://www.factorio.com/)

Garry's Mod - Spurned slightly by a recent conversation in mumble plus the fact that it is cheap and I have logged well over 1000 hours on it. It may also be a game that I'd love to play with people here but it's great fun. (http://www.garrysmod.com/)

If I can only put in one nomination, let it be Factorio.

I nominate Injustice: Gods Among Us. I was hesitant to play it, because it's made by the same people who make Mortal Kombat, and MK has become stale and boring, but I picked it up recently and I'm incredibly impressed. The story isn't half-bad, and the fighting is AMAZING. These truly feel like the DC superheroes and villains.

I don't have a constant internet connection, but those who do might find great enjoyment in playing against each other. Perhaps there could even be a Wintreath tournament.

At $20 though, it might have a bit too steep a price tag for some people..

I'll give it a shot and nominate DC Universe once more, as it's quite an entertaining MMO to play, and it's free to play.

I'll also go back to the roots and nominate Super Mario Bros. 2 (aka Doki Doki Panic) for the NES...which is also available via virtual console on the Wii/WiiU as well as for download as a Rom (which I can provide a site for the rom and emulator.  )

Even if it doesn't win, if anyone has this game on PS3/4 and wants to add me and play some rounds, send me a PM.  I actually love this game and have been out of practice for quite some time.

I think I'll nominate on a newer side of Nintendo, with definitely a a game on the better side of the Wii U:
Super Mario Maker

As much as I do enjoy Super Mario Maker...I hesitate to agree with nominating it since it's a Wii-U exclusive game and still runs for about 50-60 dollars.

We want to nominate games that anyone can dive into.

I'll nominate Disciples 2: Rise of The Elves. It's an old favorite of mine and I've been revisiting it lately. ^_^
