Preface:
With the intent to create some fancy-ass names 'n' shit, the Storting of Wnitreath does hereby enact this legislation;

Act
1. This act shall be cited as the Act of Nobility and Honours

2. The Monarch of Wintreath shall be officially styled His/Her Most Royal Majesty, Monarch of Wintreath

3. The Crown Prince of Wintreath shall be officially styled His/Her Most Royal Highness, Crown Prince of Wintreath

4. The Prince or Princess Consort of Wintreath shall be officially styled His/Her Most Noble Majesty

5. Peers of the Overhusen of Wintreath shall be officially styled The Most Knowledgeable

6. Skrifa of the Overhusen of Wintreath shall be officially styled The Right Honourable

You don't believe that Executive titles would be best handled through the Monarchy?

Though I agree the Overhusen and Underhusen should be able to decide their own titles.

Perhaps adding a provision for royal appointment of noble titles upon well-performing members worthy of recognition would be a nice thing to have? Creates the incentive for a little more community involvement which would obviously be a great thing.

Plus we get to have more cool sounding fancy things.

3. The Heir Apparent to the Throne shall be styled as His/Her Most Royal Highness.
     3a. Any Child of the Monarch, who is not the direct successor, shall be styled as His/Her Royal Highness.
4. Peers of the Overhusen shall be styled as The Knowledgeable.
     4a. The Chairman of the Overhusen shall be styled as  The Most Knowledgeable.
5. Skrifa of the Underhusen shall be styled as The Honorable.
     5a. The Speaker of the Underhusen shall be styled as The Right Honorable.
6. The Monarch may bestow additional styles to any person he/she deems deserving.

Out of force of habit I object to any title that seems to indicate their intelligence, as you always get those unworthy of the title holding it at some point or another. Perhaps try and steer clear of leading terms?

But at the same time it does sound good...

We would you remove my beautifully eloquent preface?

Again, I would like to point out that I'm not sure it's appropriate for the legislature to determine the stylings of the Royal Family. Additionally, this would conflict with the styling I have been given in the Preface of the Fundamental Laws, His Most Nordic Majesty.

Fair point, though that was in there solely as a placeholder for something more permanent.

Oh...well, we should probably figure that out before the Fundamental Laws are final.

Well I like being Royal Highness. So that works for me.

Maybe edit the sections that say "his/her" for non-binary inclusiveness? Just an idea.

Wouldn't the royal family be best at forming styles? I have no issues with elected titles but this seems a little out of our jurisdiction. Royal titles should be bestowed by the monarch and used or changed according to precedent and tradition.
