      1.1 This shall be titled the Citizen's Privacy Act
    2. Amendments
      2.1 Article V of the Fundamental Laws shall add the following Section:

    9. Citizens shall not have to reveal any form of private conversations or correspondence, including, but not limited to, IRC queries, forum PMs, private IRC channels and Steam chats.

    Provision 8 has a double negative that if left would totally defeat the point of this act :p
