I notice that the mention PM text appears to have changed. Any reason for that?

Is there any way to disable the PM notification for being quoted? I mean, it's a pretty nice feature, but I can see it getting annoying very quick, especially if you end up in a quote chain or something.

@Wintermoot, how would I go about linking to the newest parts of some topics, if I wanted to include them in my signature? I want to link to all the topics in my new RP, to save everyone some scrolling.

I'm honestly not sure...the easiest thing to do might be to link to the RP forum, where they could click the new link for each topic.

There is no way to opt-out from PM notifications at the moment, but there probably will be in the future along with other options such as notification by mobile text message.

More Under the Hood Stuff
I've separated custom option settings (found in Edit Profile->Options) from the default forum software options in the database, which should make it easier to add more options in the future as well as make any future upgrade of the forum software a bit more hassle-free. In the course of working on this, I discovered a bug related to notifications sent to new members due to the automated PM that gets sent to them, and fixed that as well.

Unfortunately another update that provides no obvious benefit to you, the user. Sorry.

Patreon Reward Tiers Update
Every reward tier comes with the same reward (donation page recognition and access to the patron feed), but for convenience I have added $10 and $25 reward tiers, and updated the thank you page with information related to how donation page recognition works...basically I just need to know which Patrons are connected to which Wintreath accounts (though I think I already know for those who have already pledged support).

Would it be possible to get the "Reply to All" button duplicated at the top of PMs? It's pretty annoying having to scroll down to get to that button, especially as group PM chains get really long.

I made some changes to the spambot filter on the account registration page. Hopefully that'll thwart them for now at least.

You're also able to see people's negative karma when they PM you and whenever the "person quoted you" message appears. It isn't a bother, but if you're looking around that area it might be good to remove -- considering why negative karma no longer exists.

I distinctly remember pointing it out, but can't seem to find where I (or someone else) did.

The ability to turn on and off PM or Email notifications has been added to your account options (Your Menu->Edit Profile->Options). This effects notifications for being quoted, mentioned, or PMed...at the moment, you are only notified via the notifications menu on the site when something you post is liked. Also, even if you have PM notifications on, you will not receive a PM notification when you get a PM, since that would be rather...redundant. The red bar will also still pop up at the top of the page if you have unread PMs.

Looks nice. In the future, will there by options to selectively toggle notifications for quotes and mentions?

Actually, nope, doesn't look nice. Now I'm not receiving any email notifications at all, despite having the options checked. (Yes, I checked my spamboxes.)
