Title
1. This bill shall be cited as the Horse Commendation Act.

Legislation
2. The Underhusen hereby recognizes the following work and dedication of Horse.

• Serving as Field Marshal of the Wintreath Hvitt Riddaral, almost single-handedly keeping it active.
• Serving as a member of the Underhusen and of the Riksråd
• Continuing to take on more responsibility within the Region, and by continuing to strive for the betterment of the region.

3. The Storting hereby awards Horse the Commendation of Wintreath.

* Wintermoot walks in.

Perhaps this should be tabled for the next session...I'm not sure that there's time to pass it through the Storting before the end of elections and the next session, and it's Constitutionally unclear what would happen to legislation that is still in the Storting at the end of the session.
