    1 .Title
      1.1 This Shall be called the Default Seats of the Underhusen Act
    2. Activation
      2.1 Should the Underhusen not choose an amount of seats for the next term, with no resolution being
           voted on by the second day at 12:00 Noon EST then the seats shall default to five (5) seats.
        2.1.1 Should the Underhusen be lacking the needed votes to pass the resolution, due to an absence of a
                Skrifa, or a hung Underhusen, this section shall not be invoked until the third day of standing.
      2.2 Any Act that is on the number of Underhusen seats which is  not brought up to vote, within the time
           frame shall be tabled upon the activation of this clause.
    3. Exclusionary Clause
      3.1 This bill, upon passing, shall not affect the Underhusen currently in office, unless it is more than One
           (1) month away from re-elections.
    Just felt like this might be necessary.
