CHRONOLOGICAL!!!

Within the Democratic Forces of the Northern Greenlandic Internal Defense, many of the leaders within the country worry once again. With December 25th approaching, many fear the crime wave across the world Santa Claus will bring.

Qubrick Joshua, the commander of the democratic forces, finishes the last letter to all WARPP nations as well as the Santa Claus search and destroy warrant. The letter reads: “To whoever it may concern, the “red menace” otherwise know as Santa Claus is destined to be active within 14-15 days. The people of The Greenlandic North are tired of the amount of corruption and bribery Santa, who we will now refer to as Target Whisky or Target W, brings to each nation every year. If you wish to stand and fight with us against Target W please write back as soon as humanly possible, with your assistance we can destroy Target W.

Qubrick then issues the warrant to the entire nation. Every phone, TV, table, radio, or anything with some sort of transmitting capability changes to the government EAS channel.

“PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE CHANNEL, THIS IS NOT A DRILL!” A robotic voice pleads. “The infamous Santa Claus, who for safety purposes will now be referred to as Target Whisky, Target W, and The Red Menace, is getting ready to commit their national crime spree across the globe in 14 days, we need your help to stop him! The Red Menace is being charged with; Breaking and Entering, Bribery, Misconduct, Disturbing the Peace, and Solicitation in this nation alone, others have even fuller lists. How can you protect yourself on December 24th? Lock ALL doors and windows in your apartment, keep a fire in any fireplace alive, arm everyone in some way, and have at least one person awake in the downstairs area until December 25th at 09:00. We thank you for your cooperation. Democratic Forces: Peace Through Force.”

Empress kaguya is in her office preparing her press conference when a maid opens the door "Everyone is ready your majesty". Kaguya gets up with her speech and heads to the conference room. Once arriving, she is temporarly blinded by the photographers but she still heads towards the podium and starts:

"Greetings dear citizens on the wintreath region, citizens of warpp nations and other nations, yesterday something terrible was discovered in the red port industrial zone, a team of judiciary police stormed a factory and found children from the age of 7 up to the age of 15 working on making toys, these children worked 19 hours a day and slept on the floor of the factory. Later yesterday another 6 factories were discovered in the same situation. The owner of these factories is no other than Santa Claus. Today morning, we stormed his mansion in the New Venice SollyWood neighbourhood but Santa Claus was able to escape in his flying sleigh. So i warn everyone to be careful of this man, he is accused of many crimes, including slavery, break in, unwarrented violence and disturbing peace and stability. Any who find him, know we are putting a bounty of 100 million ducats on his head. These are dark times, yesterday our hero, is now our enemy. Sleep well, Evil does not survive in the light. No questions allowed"

Kaguya leaves the conference room, leaving the journalists whispering with each other.

Fortress Narag Supreme War Council. "This Santa man.... He is a saint of those pesky Christians. Let us join our Allies and mobilize The Air Force To Gun him Down. Let those Christians know.... There is no Christmas.... only Sandmas. Long Live the Goddess Yue. Long Live Astril. The True Emperor of the Narag Empire."

The Generals Depart as Astril Sighs. "I need to find Yue And Ask her why we are shooting down a man who does not exist. What is the point...." 

He wanders off to the Imperial Palace. He hopes that she is visiting As he travels. "Guard. Release Restraint level one on the Heaven Smasher Cannon Since it takes a bit to fully power."

Upon receiving the letter from the Northern Greenlandics, the Kiddian Department of Investigation pressed the charges filed last year on Mr. Kringle and his many aliases, as well as trying to convict him of the economic wreckage his mass gift-giving causes on the nations of Wintreath. The KDoI has uncovered several factories managed by shell corporations owned by Kringle. The factories and the goods within were promptly confiscated. 
The KDoI also uncovered a terrorist group known as the Elves, who planned to sneak into houses on Christmas Eve, leave gifts and steal money and other valuable items. Was this group related to Mr. Kringle or just inspired by him? No one knows, but the KDoI plans to find out

   Following the letter from The Greenlandic North, Ariah and Soras hold an emergency meeting.
"Council," began Soras. "It is that time of year once more. Santa Claus will arrive and we must be prepared. Ariah and I have decided to reinforce the military and defense."
Ariah nodded, then spoke. "We need to make sure we catch the Red Menace. Or else. Alert the nation. Meeting ajourned."

Within the next few hours, temporary laws are put in place. Reindeer farms are cracked down, and all reindeers are locked in bunkers until January 1st. Tanks parade the capital, and anti-sleigh guns ae placed throughout the city. Dressing up as Santa is illegal, and people are arrested for it, and placed in the same bunkers as Reindeer. People still celebrate Christmas, but Santa Claus is excluded form tradition. The songs "Santa Baby," "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer," and "Grandma got Ran Over by a Reindeer," are all outlawed, and singing "All I want for Christmas is You," is punishable by Death.

As billions of Northern Greenlandics load their weapons in preparation of the day, all the devices in the country go online and air the same message once more.

“THIS IS NOT A DRILL, REMAIN CALM!” A robotic voice pleads once more. “Target W’s gang had been located. Elves, now called Group Yankee or Group Y, are pro Target W workers who fuel the corruption target W brings. Unlike Target W, Group Y can be stopped by conventional means. While Target W cannot be killed, members of Group Y can be. You can use the following; knives, guns/bullets, blunt object, or most effective, fire. They are immune to ice weapons. Target W’s flight path has been calculated by Northern Greenlandic Scientists. Here is their best estimation:
Do not panic, with your assistance we can defeat Target W. Happy Holidays.”

   A second decision is made. In Joslisonoria, any Group Y member found is immediately executed. All throughout the nation, camps are created. Any citizen 13 to 64 are drafted to these camps, and are trained on how to kill elves. Military hovercraft are equipped with flamethrowers. A new unit is formed, known as the "Elvekuiolerst," or Elf Killer. They are given new uniforms and are specialists on battling elves.

A message is sent to all the nations that have teamed up to stop the Red Menace.
“Fellow WARPP nations, it has become evident that we cannot stop or catch the Red Menace domestically. We must capture him at his base of operations. We must travel to Wintreath’s North Pole. It is likely that Claus’s headquarters are protected and hidden by magic, so bring anti-magic capabilities.”

A message is sent to all the nations that have teamed up to stop the Red Menace.

As more Northern Greenlandic’s prepare themselves for the arrival of Santa in 11-12 days, their devices turn on once again and air another EAS.

”ATTENTION, THIS IS NOT A DRILL, PLEASE STAY CALM!” Pleads the robotic voice once again. “Your local authorities and government are aware of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day rapidly approaching, however, the Northern Greenlandic Democratic Forces and Northern Greenlandic Police Department have joined forces to form the Northern Greenlandic Whisky and Yankee Hunters. The NGWYH has a warrant to search any and all houses for Group Y from December 1st - December 27th, if you resist the search they will not hesitate to use force. If you believe you or your family is being targeted by the NGWYH, please go to your local authorities. Following this, nationwide curfews will go into effect, anyone caught outside their homes from December 5th - December 25th will be detained and questioned. All unhoused people will be given 60 thousand Ducats during December, if any unhoused people cannot afford a house or apartment they are encouraged to stay at shelters or get a permit from their local authorities. On December 20th, all citizens will receive an assistance package to repeal Target W and Group Y. Go to www.decemberassistance.tgn.gov to fill out the proper form to receive assistance. You will need to provide the number of people in your house, number of adults and children, number of pets, and any medication needed and all basic needs will be provided. Any forms of fraud is a nation offensive.

Ok, then it’d be essentially a bunch of ice at the northernmost point in Wintreath. If Wintreath is a globe similarly positioned in the solar system to earth, it’d have a similar North Pole

In protection from the Red Menace, W Amadeus Mozart declares a national curfew and blackout from sunset till dawn, with only Menorah candles allowed to light the darkness, at home and on the windows. May the forces of light vanquish the darkness!

4 days left, the streets are empty. The once thriving marketplace is completely shut down. Rumors of the army not being able to stop Target W start spreading. In New Nuuk the people grow tired of the lock downs and start growing restless, in rural areas pro-Santa cults start slowly popping up, with them leaving out milk and cookies in the marking of a tree with fireplace soot.
