This was one of the games in the original Summersend, inspired by a game in a summer festival in Neverwinter.

The way it works is that you target another player with *virtual* water balloons. All players start with 5 points and will lose a point when getting hit by a water balloon, while the person who hit them gains a point. When posting, please keep track of the points like so:

I hit player x with a balloon! Woo!

The person with the most points at the end of the festival wins! Since we're just getting started, I offer myself as tribute for our second player. ^.-
