The dentist is a reference to Rocky Horror Picture Show, which is one of the shows I suspect is always scum because how can you pull a single character from there and not have it be Dr. Frank-N-Furter?
I'm liking Michi's list of speculation and mostly agree with it, with the exception of the RHPS I just noted above. In particular, I'm quite suspicious of how he tried to play up that a character from RHPS could be good while deemphasizing the possibility that they're scum, which leads me to the conclusion that Michi is our RHPS nominee.

Keep in mind that was a possible guess on my part mainly because of the vibe that RPHS has to it. Character wise, I agree that it's more than likely going to be a scum role because regardless of who they pick, everyone besides maybe Rocky and the Narrator had some kind of negative edge to them. However, given how (mostly) lighthearted/somewhat played for laughs RHPS was, and
especially with how big it is on audience engagement to the point that its cult following has garnered actual events where first timers for the main one have to go through some kind of cherry popping is what gives me the mild pause that it could end up being a potentially good but extremely chaotic-power role...possibly linked to the audience because of the reasons I said above.
But the only shows I feel more comfy in my guesses are:
*House since it's really somewhat less ambiguous than the other shows and is more than likely one of/the Doctor role.
*Star Trek TNG being a good role, unless Aren/Marz really went out of the park pulling a known villain from one of/multiple seasons.
*Jeckyll and Hyde being a dual kind of 3P role since I don't think only one of the two would be the chosen character, and it's more likely that it'll be some kind of chaotic mix whether it's a by day/night switch, host discretion/trigger, or if the person chosen has the choice to switch whenever.
*Titans being a good role since, while possible, it's unlikely someone other than one of the Titans would use...and unless it's Raven (I think she's in the CW show? Not sure, I'm mainly going off of the Teen Titans crew), the chances of a Titan having any scum possibility is super low to none.
The others I'm not entirely sure about since I either don't know a lot about them to be certain in my guess outside of their wiki plot explanations or what I've heard from folks who watched them (Dead Zone, Thick of It, Person of Interest, House of Cards UK), or there's characters that, if they were chosen could alter the overall idea a bit either in a potential good way (Grimm if it's the MC's cop buddy or wolf friend who acted as a tracker) or bad way (Doctor Who if it's a Dalek, Weeping Angel, or the Master).
Overall though there's very few I'm comfy with believing are valid, and many that I want to see how things develop before I can feel comfy saying they're more definite possibilities like the 4 current.
