    Good morning! Looks like I'm here just in time to post an icebreaker :D

    What time do you usually go to bed?

    I ask this because I've been trying to get to bed earlier myself. For the last few months I've been going to bed around 3 or 4AM, but I'm up to 1:30AM as of last night. :D

    I'm generally sleeping by 11pm-midnight.

    I am not a morning person, and I'm also not one of these people who need little sleep. During weekdays, I wake up at 5 or 6 depending on how much I have to drive that day (to the office or to the office to swap cars + to a client). I accumulate a sleep debt and I pay it off on the weekends. I usually wake up around 11am on Saturday (and only because that's the day I take my mother out to eat at the restaurant), and all bets are off on Sunday. I've been known to wake up at 1pm or even later.

    My natural rhythm seems to be sleep from 4am to 2pm. This is usually what happens when I'm on vacation and don't need to wake up early.
