Ooh we're resurrecting the Storting as an OA?  Quite fun! 

I think we need to establish first and foremost what it is precisely that everyone is looking for out of a new system. We're completely out to sea as far as legislative structure goes - we've left behind the old and have yet to make our way to the new.

I'm somewhat out of the loop in terms of people's current opinions on the future of law-making and 'politics' in Wintreath, so would appreciate it if we collated ideas together. Are people wanting an Open Assembly? What powers should citizens hold in a new legislature, and to what purpose? Are we looking to expand the powers of the Monarch, or simply coalesce the UH and OH's powers into a new unicameral system?

i think Combining the two powers together would be a great idea. will there still be elections every 2 months or so?

We've already established a provisional legislature, the Landsraad. It's an open assembly of all Citizens, each of whom will be able to proposal, discuss, and vote on legislation once a Chancellor is elected and permanent procedural rules are established.
