    I am happy to announce that @Pengu will be our Jarl of Foreign Affairs going forward!

    Pengu has plenty of experience in the Riksråd, serving in a number of roles from Thane of Werewolf to Jarl of Culture and now Thane of Embassies, and has been involved in a number of other regions as well. After talking with him last night, I believe he has the base experience, the knowledge of Wintreath and its principles, and the understanding of what needs to be done in the position to do it justice, and I hope that you will join me in congratulating him. :)
