Hello fellow Wintreans!

Lately a lot of new things have been happening in our region: the influx of new nations from that YouTube video, the giant Werewolf game, WA reform, etc. Ever since I was elected WA Delegate, I've been putting much of my effort towards that, but I've been held back by my duties elsewhere. This has put undue stress on me as I try to better help Wintreath.

Therefore, I was presented with a choice: leave the delegacy I was just elected to where there may not be a worthy successor and where my reforms are unfinished, or leave my position as Jarl of FA where there are many great choices for a successor and where my reforms have long ago taken hold.

If it wasn't obvious by now, I chose Jarl of FA. I know it's only been a few months, but I hereby resign from my position as Jarl and hand off the duties of running the department to whoever Wintermoot sees fit to take the torch I pass on. I chose to resign now instead of later because cabinet elections are just weeks away, and this should allow plenty of time for a replacement to be chosen. Thank you all for a year and a half of awesome work in the FA department and I hope to continue working with FA as an ambassador.

A difficult decision to make, I'm sure, but an admirable choice nonetheless with the region's best interests at heart. Thank you for your service, both as a Jarl and as our WA delegate.

I know that it was hard for you to step down from either position, but with everything going on in the world and in our region, it’s important that we not get burned out or overwhelmed ourselves...for what it’s worth, I think you made the right choice. And I know that the delegacy, which is becoming a prominent part of the region for the first time in our history thanks to the work we’ve done, will benefit from your dedication, your attention to detail, and your willingness to pour your heart into something you love.

I’m glad that although you are stepping down from this position, we will continue to enjoy your presence in the Cabinet.
