What day(s) would you be open to playing Jackbox Games and at what time?

Those are the websites that have the explanations for the individual Jackbox Games that I can start up.  If other people have any of the Jackbox Games then go ahead and advertise.
The games that work best for when there is no stream are Fibbage, Quiplash, Trivia Murder Party, and Guesspionage.  Those can be found in Packs 1+2+on its own, 2+3+on its own, 3, and 3 respectively.  I can explain the whole game if necessary.  The way these games are joined is by opening up the website https://jackbox.tv/ and then entering the room code once you find out what it is along with typing a name and then hitting play and if there is room in the game or in the audience you will join in whichever one it is.

Word of Advice: jackbox.tv usually works better when you are at home although it does depend on what device you use to log in.  There is a 5-10 second lag when playing the games this way which is why I am not suggesting You Don't Know Jack or other games that require extremely quick responses.  I will turn on Audience Timers or similar things to try to alleviate the rushed nature of some of these games.

Options 5-7 on the poll are no guarantee.  It would require that I either figure out how to stream/broadcast, or that I am able to very quickly take a Steam screenshot and upload it that quickly to the Discord server/PM.
Most of the games are 2(or 3)-8 players plus audience but it all varies depending on which game is being played.


If you are interested in playing one of these games let me know when you would be available and hopefully there will be sizeable groups of players at the time.  I will use Discord PMs or a different Discord server to notify players about what is happening in the game.

If I am not busy at the available times.  I will let you know on Discord assuming that you are there and ready.

You do not have to own any of the games to play them.  All you have to do is find a game and go to the website and enter the information listed above either during the game or before it starts.

I'm usually pretty much always free, but I'd prefer sometime weekdays noon-5pm eastern as that's when my wife's at work.

No, the way Jackbox works is that the person running the game has to have bought it, but everyone else joins via a website.

I have set up a new poll on this thread to ask since maybe setting a specific time might help.  The poll will be about times and days for a session of Jackbox games.

I have Packs 1-4 which have games such as Drawful (Pictionary with weird prompts and you try to trick the other players when guessing another player's drawing), Fibbage (a game where a true statement or a tweet is presented with blanks and you try to figure out what is missing from the statement while also trying to trick other players by posting a lie that fills in the blank(s)), Lie Swatter (a game where a statement is presented and players say it is either true or false with points being awarded for guessing correctly), You Don't Know Jack (a trivia game consisting of questions with 4 answer choices and a speed round at the end; the players are able to sabotage other players using screws which force them to answer a question, because normally you don't have to answer the question), Bidiots (a game where the players are people at an art auction who draw the art being sold and then auction it off with the winner being whoever has the most money at the end; players get screws which they can use to force another player to bid), Quiplash (a game where prompts are given to players and they can say anything and then other players vote for their favorite answer), Fakin' It (a game kind of like Spyfall where one player tries to bluff the others because they are the faker who does not get informed about the task that everyone performs with the goal being to figure out who the faker is), Trivia Murder Party (a trivia game that consists of answering trivia questions and trying to survive and then escape; the murder part is if players get questions wrong then they participate in minigames with a certain goal that if they succeed they survive and if not they die but the dead are not out of the game since the final round is an attempt to escape by answering as many questions correctly as quickly as possible), Tee KO (a very long game where players design t-shirts and write slogans on them and (like Quiplash) vote for their favorite but unlike Quiplash the losing t-shirts are eliminated and the winners are advanced in a tournament), Guesspionage (a game all about trying to guess the results of survey questions), Monster Seeking Monster (an unusual dating game where players are secretly monsters with different abilities and the goal is to get hearts by dating), Survive the Internet (a game where players answer questions and then twist each other's answers in order to make them ridiculous and "burn" the players that gave them), and Bracketeering (a game where a question is answered and a tournament happens and players vote for answers while also betting on which one they think will win), there is also Civic Doodle, Word Spud, Bomb Corp, and Ear Wax but I won't talk about those right now.

If anybody else has these games and is interested in hosting them by all means go ahead and post dates.  I would even make polls for those if requested (and if I could figure out how to change these polls in the necessary way or delete polls).

In order to play a Jackbox game, you do not have to have the game yourself.  You only need to have them if you are hosting the game.  To play the game you go to the website jackbox.tv and then once you are there enter a name and whatever the room code is to join in the game.  To join a game you need the 4 letter room code.  Then you play the game using whatever device you used to join it.  All you need to join in is a way to watch the game (if the players are not in the same place as the host), and an internet connection so that you can open the website and join in.  Cookies, cache, and other stuff can affect that though but generally it doesn't take much to play the games.
When I host the games I use Discord but that is not the only way to watch the game.  The way I do it on Discord is using private messages and voice chats since in group chats on Discord you can do video calls and there is less lag if you join that way than if you are playing over say a Twitch stream.

My first thought for hosting one is this week July 14-20.  For now, I am thinking in the range of Monday-Friday (15th-19th) although it is possible that other days would work although those would be suddenly set up as opposed to these planned ones.

Oops, I knew I was forgetting important information... These are in Pacific Time.

Yeah, sorry, I meant allow multiple votes so that people could select multiple days/times that they're available.
