 I've got your hats galore for all your silly special occasions.  I've got your top hats, bottom hats, arrow hats, hat hats, and even a cat's hat!  You name it, we have it, including hats for your hat's hats! So come and get your silly hat today!

I would like a +1 Anarchic Hat of Detect Evil. If Detect Evil is not available, I will settle for Invisibility, Zone of Truth, Good Hope, Heroism, or Power Word: Kill.

You'll find those next door in Coco's Couture.  You can find other clothes and accessories to your liking...including "regular" hats.

I find it odd that we as a species decide to place objects on our heads at all, all hats are irregular.

Baseball caps, derbies, bowler hats, top hats...basically anything that you'd see worn on a typical circumstance in the real world and not worn randomly for the purpose of looking ridiculous or getting chuckles from people.

A bowler hat isn't silly, but a bowling pin hat is.  A top hat isn't silly, but a spinning top (as in the toy) hat is.
