You do know the difference between being referred to something and being referred as something? The law you are passing says that in every future legal document it will have to say somewhere something to the affect of, "Nox, your Demonym is Fish."

And second of all, it's not a Demonym for goodness sakes! Say "title" or "official name" or something else!
