March was the best of times, it was the worst of times. The beginning of the month saw the continuation of the most inactive period our region has ever seen, with the community only making 15-30 posts a day on average. Had this trend continued, this would have easily been the absolute worst month ever. We also saw the departures of several key active members of the region, although that will be reflected more in next month's stats than this month's. Fortunately, several things happened to reverse the tide:

• The Riksråd voluntarily adopted a 3 post per day average requirement for remaining a member
• A number of new members contributed posts, namely Polaris, Old_Namibia, Anagalmeshshu, Stacky, and Joe Bobs, the latter of whom has the rare distinction of being a non-Citizen major contributor to our forum for a given month.
• Elections provided a nice shot in the arm at the end of the month, with near-record daily post counts seen for several recent days.

Overall, as a community we did slightly better than February, although it is obvious that there is room for improvement. I hope that we can move into April with the momentum from the end of March!

Based upon my renowned and honourable Wintrean experience of four days there's always been at least 5 members and another 5 guests. More often then not there's 10+ members. Maybe it's been really active cause of elections, i dunno...

It honestly depends on how much free time people have or they're just trying to be distracted from their work. (My Plan)
Anyway: Wintreath, just like Wintermoot said, has room for much improvement.

That dreaded -0.40 drop... Also... Why yellow? WHY?

Yellow indicates changes between -1.00 and 1.00...obviously, nobody is going to have the exact same posts per day month to month, and slight drops aren't cause for concern, so they're yellow...it represents stability. Red is considered cause for concern, and green is considered cause for celebration.

From my observations, we get quite a few people online from day to day, but most of them seem to lurk...I'm not entirely sure why. Maybe it's something we can look into in the future.

For me, as I lurk more than post, as it's part habit, part not having much to say.

I tend to lurk more than post recently, simply because I've been quite busy - that and not much going on I suppose :/

April was Wintreath's most active month yet, squeaking by the previous record set in January. We has the benefit of active elections, more posts from veteran members, and a crop of very active new members! There was little bad news in the numbers to speak of...let's hope we can carry this burst of activity into May.
