Yes @Eldarion there is.  I know that Skrifa Lord Belmont and myself are working on Regional Banking and Commerce Bills.  These are two separate bills that we would like to introduce this session.

I think this is a great topic to have and we need to set our objectives as Session 17 of the Underhusen.
