    Then I can only assume that when the JOA was passed the FL page wasn't updated, as the former came after the latter.

    Chanku is correct, and we only finally went and corrected the selection process after the trial via the Judicial Reform Amendment, so that the Plaintiff/Defendant couldn't be included if they were in the OH/UH as well.

    Interesting, I stand corrected. Looks like our statutory and constitutional law is at loggerheads with one another on this matter. Something to fix in the future, then.
