Many of you know of our Family/House system here in Wintreath, and some may even already be a part of one of those houses. Others, however, may be wondering what I'm referring to, and how to join one of these houses.

To make things easy... I decided to create an adoption system. That way, members who are interested in joining a house can express their interest, and house patriarchs/delegated house officials can adopt interested members.

So, if you're interested in wanting to join a family, simply post here, and any of the patriarchs (or one of their delegated officials) can choose to adopt you into their family.

If you're interested in creating your own family, simply go here to register your house.

Huh, it's been a while since I read that decree. Didn't House Meindhert technically CTE too after we had to re-register?

Weissreich re-registered it recently in that thread.

Damn, House Valeria must be the place to be. It has as many members as all other houses combined.

I remember when the House of Telcontar was a thing in this region. For like, 5 seconds, then my father never came back.

Did we even end up settling on requirements?

And we have a bit of an unfair advantage because the four initial members came here to conquer Wintreath came to have fun from another region, and then just sort of decided to form our own House. But our philosophy is "ask forgiveness, not permission," so we end up operating quite independently anyway.

I came in on the tail end of that time, as first Amalya became ill, and then after my first term on the UH, you became too busy with RL. What was Meindhert like at its peak?

i wouldn't say the only house accepting new members, as most of the houses normally do. I'd just say the only house that was doing it actively.

Certainly!! We're the best at indocrinating adopting new people!!   

I'm not sure that @Joshua Bluteisen would be all too happy that you renamed his house for him, @Pengu...
