This has already proven to be one of the most active elections in regional history...15 ballots in the first day, with only 2 of them being private. What strikes me about this election is that unlike many of the past elections it's quickly becoming clear who is breaking away and winning the election. That doesn't mean the results can't change, but at the moment there's a difference of 4 votes between 5th and 6th place.

But I encourage anyone to keep voting if you already haven't! 4 votes could change this whole race, and this could be a critically important Underhusen session...it could be the last one. Let's make this the best election and session it can be.

I'll admit to wondering - since I have Paragon status (and thank you all for that honour!) does this mean I have the right to vote still? Under the Act that introduced Paragonship I "enjoy the full rights and privileges of citizenship", which as it's not stated elsewhere presumably includes the right to vote.

Not that I know enough to vote in this election, of course, but I was wondering if that was a loophole or deliberately left as one.

Certainly you may; that is a right of permanent citizenship!

1. Only Citizens of Wintreath shall be eligible to vote in elections, stand for elected office, or assume any elected office. The Monarch may not stand for or assume any elected office.

I was also under the assumption that you were allowed, since being a Paragon is essentially having permanent citizenship that can never be revoked unless your Paragon status is revoked.

It was originally a loophole...it was assumed that when someone with honorary Citizenship came back, they would be able to have a nation in the region again and become a regular Citizen again. However, Charax set the precedent by both voting and holding office as an honorary Citizen (which later became Paragon), so it's intentional at this point.
