What seems to be the trouble Wintermoot? 

Just...something in the past. Something I was stupid about...someone I was foolish with. I knew in my mind the whole time what would eventually come, but I allowed my heart to believe otherwise...and then it came.

Don't worry though, I'll get over it. I always do.

Good luck! Also, take walks. They're really good when you've got a problem and need to distance yourself from the world for a bit to think clearly (and get a little distracted by nature ).

Oh, I so totally get this sentiment.

I mean, I've drifted apart from people, and had people stop talking to me after arguments, but I think this is the first time that someone I've been close to for years just up and abandoned me for no apparent reason. Usually I'm fine...I mean I've moved on, but sometimes it comes back to the front like it did last night. =/

I'm fine now though.

My dad is talking to me normally now.

He's still a bit impatient, but he hasn't been an asshole lately.

I still wish for him to apologise, but I don't know if ever will :-/

So it came across my Facebook feed that someone I'd chatted with some a few years back passed away last night. Apparently he had a stroke and when he fell his head cracked open, and they couldn't revive him. I didn't really know him well, but I'm beside myself with shock...he was the same age as me, and that's just something you don't really think about at this age. And just the fact that it was so sudden...one day you're living your life like normal, and the next...gone. It's a reminder that nobody knows when they're going to go. We shouldn't live life with regrets. =/

I lost three friends from high school to cancer.

One recently to a drug overdose :-/

People die so young ;-;

A family friend has really bad pancreatic cancer, it's not a matter of if he dies, it's a matter of when, and when is soon

I'm sorry to hear that...are they someone that you're close with?

Sorry to hear that Mootles.  I've lost friends and classmates to both natural cause and accidents.  This one guy I knew back in elementary school (he was one of the guys that bullied me a bit) was lost in a drunk driving accident.  I heard about it when I was in college, and actually broke down in the middle of class.

Granted, it was also a day after I'd broken up with my boyfriend at the time, but my feelings were more towards the former, since it always makes me cry when someone I know passes away.

March is never a good month for me.

Mom passed away in 2004 two weeks after turning 49.

My dog Max had to be put down at 14 due to cancer, and I never got to say good bye to him.

Minnie, my younger dog, died at 6 during Easter weekend 2002 due to cardiac arrest

Frito died in early April in 2014 after he passed away at 14 from Cancer too

It seems Spring likes to be the time people in my family go away
