Weighted squats, once you've built up to them, are definitely where it's at. You'll feel it in your thighs and butt for certain, and the gains are an added plus. c:
Also, burpees. Everyone hates them, but they're helpful.
Currently remapping my intake in preparation for a 5k; won't happen for a few months, but it's always a good idea to start early on training.
