It is a good thing that you didn't.

The best thing you can do is to keep talking with your therapist and make sure that he/she knows all of this. They need to know so they can adjust their methods and/or the medication you get to try to alleviate your depression. I'm not sure why you would hide your bedwetting from your parents. As I understand it's a medical condition that they're aware of, and so they should know that it isn't your fault. They would be the best people to help you come up with solutions to get around that particular problem.

You can't go on hiding .... the depression that leads to thoughts of suicide do NOT come from being transgender, or having a physical issue like bedwetting (my first partner wet the bed, as did one of my sons...)    That sense of giving up comes from the exhaustion of hiding.  Please talk to someone TODAY about how to get through that....because once you do, its as f tons of concrete are lifted off of your shoulders....where do you live?  One of us may even have a helpful connection...

In any case, at times I've always considered my sense of empathy to be one of my greatest strengths, yet at times it seems to be one of my greatest weaknesses as well...a double-edged sword that goes both ways.

We slept in the same bed at all times.  It meant that many mornings we got up, put the linens in the wash, and I took a shower.  it's just the way it was.  I made it a point to never complain, or roll my eyes, or make him feel bad about it, because that's what partners do.  It's not like he was purposely doing it...

Ironically, I once knew a guy that wanted to train himself to lose bladder control so he would wet himself...he had both a wetting and a diaper fetish.
