So, how do I go about getting my Castaways RP it's own place in the actual RP subforum?

I moved them over to the Gathering Portal and put in a request for its own section to Wintermoot. Shouldn't take long.

RP Experience: I've participated in many RP's in the past, from NS nation RP's to historical scenarios. I prefer when RP's take the form of discussion posts vs long essays, but I can do it either way. I'll eventually get around to writing my factbook lore on NS, that was something that I spent a lot of time doing on my old nation. I do have a question, can I jump in on ongoing RP's or do I have to wait for new ones?

First off, welcome to the Guild! Second off, you need not wait for new RPs to appear to get started. There are some RPs currently running which you may jump into. Just keep in mind that they've come to a crawling halt due to schooling and exam season. Hopefully things start to pick up again soon.

I've updated the roster list since the beginning of October, and we have several promotions!

@Cinciri is our newest Disciple (7), @Mariam has risen to the rank of Acolyte (4), and @Lily Polisesul and @ShadowX4life have risen to the rank of Novice (2)!

We also have two Guild members who have joined since the last update:

@Gabriel Artut has already risen to the rank of Novice (2) and @Falkestorm has joined the guild as a Layman (1)!

EDIT: I've also added a "Former Members" section to the roster for those Guild members who are no longer citizens of Wintreath.

I'd like to put Wild Men of Wichita officially on hiatus. Could one of the mods archive those threads, please?

Could the mods please put the Hell Frozen Over thread in the Gathering Portal? I believe the number of those interested is sufficient.

I've updated the roster ahead of the Thane elections, and @Ashton Mercer has become our newest Disciple (7) and @Gabriel Artut has risen to the rank of Initiate (3)! Congrats!

With the work North, the Cabinet, and I have been doing with planning and organizing the RP area, I have decided to archive the RPs From the Ashes, Empowered, and Castaways. Taulover has agreed to the archiving of From the Ashes, and Ashton Mercer is no longer a citizen and has been inactive for 5 months, so I archived his RPs. We're just waiting on @BraveSirRobin , @Justinian Ezkantion , and @Violet to either agree to the archiving of their RPs or attempt to reactivate them.

I've updated the OP to include links to these archived RPs' threads in the "past roleplays" section. I've also moved a few inactive former citizens to the "former members" section, though I left on the roster a few former citizens who are still relatively active on the forums.

Stay tuned in the near future for some of our plans and proposals.

EDIT: I have also archived Violet's Post-Catastrophe RP, Justinian's Traitors to the Blood RP, and BraveSirRobin's Next Generation RP after they agreed to it.
