I'll be completely off the grid from July 31 to August 5. I'll be going on a six day backpacking trip in Yosemite, so you won't hear from me during those days.

I'm so busy that I barely have time for sleep. I think I might have to resign my posts and stuff. I also can't be bothered with maintaining any of my NS nations at the moment, so I'm going to be labelled as an ex-citizen fairly soon, anyway.

I'm back. Though I shouldn't have left. I really do apologize for leaving without warning. My summer has merely been occupied by real-life occurrences, mainly trying to get my affairs in order before leaving for university, coupled with work, a musical I took part in, and moving my parents to a new place.

Obviously I've proven that I can't be as active as I once was. With that I say that I must resign my positions, effective immediately. I have not taken responsibility with them and fail to see anything worthwhile I produced during my tenure. If I have more time to take on the posts, I will reapply for them in the future.

I still look forward to being here, and I will never abandon the region or my citizenship therein. I also look forward to resuming my activity in the chat and further getting to know you all once again, as we certainly have some catching up to do. Though those might have to wait until I can buy a new computer in a few weeks.

Welcome back! I'm glad that you're going to be around now, though I regret that you're busy in real life and unable to continue in an organized role here. You're a very organized and methodical person who pays attention to detail, and I know that the Academy benefited from your leadership...just as I know that any other role you have time to take on in the future would. However, that's just how real life goes sometimes...at the very least, I hope we have the pleasure of your company here on the forums and in chat soon. I for one have missed you greatly.

I probably won't be on much for a bit. I need to take some time to reorganize myself in my personal life a bit. So there will probably be days where I may not really be on the irc or really on the forums. My personal life has been hectic these few months and so I have ended up trying to escape it by putting everything off in my actual life as much as I could, much to my detriment. However after I get that back in order I should be able to resume my activity a bit here.

I'm glad to hear that you're finally taking some time for yourself.  Like Moot said, we're always here if you need us.

They can, but the roommates I have issue with, as do everyone else that's in the flat, happen to be Mexicans.

I don't ask anyone that question before they happen to ask me.

Mostly I assume if they're standing in my presence, and in apparent health, then shit can't be all bad.

No one is forcing you to.

You clearly had the ability to contact me on your own in these months, and you know how to reach me, so you nor anyone else really doesn't have any excuse for not asking how I've been doing. 

Also, never assume.
