It's no one's job to ask or contact you unless they feel like doing so, and the attempts to make people feel bad for choosing to not do either is really unbecoming.  It's perfectly easy for you to pop in and say how you're doing without the not-really subtle layer of "no one likes me, no one cares about me" mixed into it.  You can clearly see that others post without the fishing, so you can definitely learn from them.

People will only start caring and asking when they don't feel like you're trying to force them to care about you.

Anyways, on another note I'll be popping in a little more since I'm getting the morning hours now, so I'll be a little more active than I have been (ignore my previous bit, I mistakenly thought it was the SWOYM thread  ).

Hello dears, First off sorry for disappearing for a bit, and secondly I may not be all that active for a short while. Going to be transferring stores and studying for my certificationas a NH Pharmacy Technician as well as working on getting my Drag career off the ground. Might not sound like a whole helluva a lot but it's consuming quite a bit of my time and cognitive functions. Once I pass my exam I think I'll be able to hop back on more frequently again. Look for me on youtube and in gay bars possibly near but more likely rather far from you! Muah! Byyyyyyyyyyyeeeeeeeeee!

Just a heads up, I will probably not be as active as I have been in the past due to personal reasons for potentially the remainder month and part of next month too.

An explanation for why I disappeared for a few days:

Am currently on a trip to the East Coast. Internship begins day after tomorrow. If things go as they did last year, that should mean that I have plenty of time to be online, though not necessarily quality time, so that might just translate to an uptick in spam posts.

Hey, so my household is switching over to a new modem. It was supposed to be an easy switch, then abruptly it was 24 hours without internet (without warning), and now I've got no clue. Right now I'm piggybacking off someone's bluetooth. It should get fixed quick enough, but I have no idea when.

Sorry for silence yesterday and most of today as I have been busy moving onto the campus and getting settled. I'm afraid I will be on very infrequently for the next month and a half. I am aware that it will interfere with my duties as a Skrifa so for the remainder of the term and duration of absence I will step down from authority and well, leave my post empty until it can be filled.

So I'm afraid this will be good bye for some time. Gattoartico, signing out for now.

I'm sorry that you won't be with us anytime soon...I think that you're a bright star of this community, and not having you around will be felt by all of us. I've noticed that usually when people turn 18 and leave for college, they get more involved lives and we never see much of them again, but I hope that isn't the case with you...well, I hope you have a happy, involved life of course, but I hope in time you'll be able to balance it along with being here with us, too.

Awesome! I know when we're having internet problems I feel disconnected with the world...I'm sure it's a relief that you're up and running.
