The Citizenship and Demonym Amendment Act

1) This Act shall be cited as the Citizenship and Demonym Amendment Act.

2) The following shall be added to the Citizenship and Demonym Act as follows:

2.5 Applicants who are reapplying for Citizenship and would not be denied under any other section of this Act, and who have accumulated over seventy-five (75) posts, shall have their application on hold for a period of one week  at which point the application shall be approved if the applicant has made thirty forum posts outside of designated spam areas within that period.

Skrifa may vote either Aye, Nay, or they may Abstain.

I still think it can put too much pressure on the returning members.

As someone who's considered leaving I think this would be bad for those coming back.

I'm still very torn on this Act.

Unfortunately I feel I'll have to Abstain from the voting.

Motion defeated, I'll leave this open for Stark to record his vote when he returns though.
