2. Amendments
2.1 This shall add section 8.2 which shall read:

In the event of a tie upon the conclusion of voting, a run-off election shall be held in the immediate 24 hours that follows.
2.2 This shall add section 8.2(a) which shall read:

The candidates who are tied with the most votes will take part in the run off.

Skrifa may vote either Aye, Nay, or they may Abstain.

I think this was rushed and the wording could be thought through more. Possibly more added to it as well?
