First off, again, congrats on being elected to the Underhusen! I look forward to working with you guys throughout the next two months to mutually improve our region.

Before that though, you have to make a very important choice...which of you will serve as Speaker of the Underhusen this term. This is an important job, as the Speaker enforces the rules of the chamber as enshrined in the Procedural Rules and our Constitution as well as manages the Underhusen Archive. As specified in those Procedural Rules, the next 48 hours are for nominations and campaigns, and the next 48 after that are for elections. So with that said, please post here if you are running for this position.

I'd love to stand for this position, having reassessed my activity of recent weeks, but until Friday I can't promise total activity. If that's not a problem, then consider this me standing. If we'd rather not have the risk of some minor inactivity in the first week, then ignore this post

I stand before you all today to announce my intention to become speaker of the house.
