Hi, everyone. Last UH we discussed raising Colby to the status of Paragon and I fully support such a move. The only problem is that I cannot for the life of me figure how I should put his recognition. Does anyone else know how to write the things Colby has done?

Glad to see the ball being rolled on this one.  I personally don't know what to add at the momemt, but I know Tau and Laurentus definitely will have some examples as to why Colby is deserving of the honor. ^_^

Important typo correction: Colby's name is two words: "Colberius X."

Some things we can bring up:

• First Hyperian to join Wintreath, and basically ended up convincing all of us to come over as well, beginning the unique and close relationship our two regions now share
• Service on Overhusen
• Founding the largest (and arguably most successful, though I may be biased ) house in Wintreath, the Noble House of Valeria

Though honestly, much of the time Colby was most active was also the time I was most inactive on Wintreath, so I think Laurentus may be able to offer more.

Does anyone have anything else to add?

I tend to agree. Additionally, even though Colby is my housemate and friend, the same might need to happen for him, too. Reon and Colby were great, but I'm finding it difficult to think of direct, concrete accomplishments for them both.

Additionally, although Colby served as ambassador to Wintreath from NH, it was tau who united the two regions, at the end of the day.

(a) Being the first Hyperian to join Wintreath, thus being among the original Hyperians that made the great friendship and cooperation between the regions of New Hyperion and Wintreath possible,
(b) His long and outstanding service on the Overhusen,
(c) Founding the largest and one of the oldest extant familial houses, the Noble House of Valeria.

3. The Storting hereby awards Colberius X the Commendation of Wintreath.

Edits:

• Bolded both subtitles
• Noting that Colby was the first Hyperian-Wintrean
• Added "extant" to "oldest familial houses", as Valeria is far younger than many houses in the previous incarnation of the system (but many of those ended up being refounded and still exist, so it may be best to remove that clause entirely)
• Some word choice, style, grammar changes

Should we also bring up his work as Ambassador and High Commissioner to Wintreath? Those were as a Hyperian, but considering that this Commendation can be used to honor anyone in NS, and NH is a vassal of Wintreath now...
