You can apply for the Civil Service, where citizens can help our Jarls (ministers) here. The Wintreath Hvitt Ridarral is here or Skydande Vakt here, the first is our update force, the second our piling forc; finally, the RPs are here and MC is here.
You seem to be big into building your nation's background. We are hopefully starting up the Wintreath Chronicles area of the RPs, where we will do exactly that
As for your other interests, you sound like you might like to someday be part of the Foreign Affairs Office, where you would be in charge of Wintreath's relations with other regions. If you do, your best bet is to sign up for the Civil Service and to sign up to be a Wintreath Envoy to any regions that we create embassies with (ask Horse our FA Jarl, more on this).
