The Democratic States of the Republic of Yarborough
My nation is a member of the world assembly and is endorsed by only one nation.
I have no other nations or hold any other positions within other region.
I just started nation states about a week ago and I found out about wintreath through a nation called his holy wisdom, which is in the region.
I'm on eastern usa time. New York time.
I am interested in joining civil service because I enjoy working on diplomatic issues within the region and international.  The organization of the world assembly needs to be used to spread our regions policies throughout the world.

If you want to be active in the region in politics and civil service you started at the right spot. One of our Jarls (Ministers) will see the list and might ask you to do something if it is needed. If you want to build a reputation you might want to consider logging into the IRC chat ('Chat' in the drop down menu or #wintreath on irc.esper.net) to char with us and just make your way around the region.
As a side note, you might want to go into the User CP and change your 'Name' area to something more readable.

Now that you're a Citizen, you can sign up for the Civil Service here. It starts out with simple stuff, but over time if you stand out in diplomatic areas you could even become ambassador to another region or some other role in our Ministry of Foreign Affairs, if you're specifically looking to do diplomatic stuff.
