Plenty of other PbP RP forums use the set up suggested by Stack. It's truly not that bad, and honestly it's a setup I prefer. I'll throw my support behind it.

In my opinion, as per the Monarch's Statement on Regional Culture, when the purge on inactive roleplays actually comes into effect, there shouldn't be a worry on having a cluster of subforums.

Also, pardon my bluntness, if you find it such a struggle to navigate to a different subforum for OOC/IC/Interest Checks, you should probably reevaluate.

It makes it easier, and better to have the three subforums than fifteen.

I guess I should have said it before...I don't really like either option.

I'll keep thinking of some creative solutions, though.

Might I suggest that we hold off on deciding a solution to this problem until after the inactive RP's have been deleted?  I think once we see the current state of Wintreath RP, the needs of the community will be much clearer to discern.

And with the help of some very convoluted code, this has been done!

All of the RP forums have been merged...but you will notice that within the forum, topics have been sectioned off by RP. Furthermore, the RPs are listed in the order of activity...so if someone posted in one topic for a RP, all topics for that RP will be listed at the top of the page until another RP is posted in. This also gives the effect of inactive RPs floating to the bottom of the forum.

It's not without its flaws...if someone makes a new topic for a RP, I will have to manually add it to the system to 'attach' it to a RP, but that shouldn't happen often, and I think the improved organization is worth it.

May I get to maintain my moderator powers over my roleplay threads please?

I'm not sure...as it stands now I'd have to give you mod powers over all the RP topics. Which powers do you use exactly?

So far, only deleting posts, mostly to revise certain IC/OOC posts.

Roleplay gamemasters have been granted additional permissions to moderate their own topics within the roleplay forum.

But I found the word "Welcome!" in my profile on the introduction page…and considering the content of my introduction, it really doesn't match XD Can I remove it? Because I know I didn't put it there.

I started doing some work on profiles this morning, and then I got onto other things. That welcome is just a placeholder...when I'm done you will be able to give your own introduction title.

You can now modify your own profile introduction title. Additionally, the contacts area of the profile has changed slightly, in order to prepare for future upgrades to that area.
