Morning, lovelies. I'm sure that for the most part you already know why I'm here and what I'm going to say. The amount that a single mind can be creative and say new things about one subject that's been addressed by many many people before you is disastrously limited. So I won't try and rehash plans that have been said before... Efforts reiterated throughout all regions. No. my goal is singularly to prove to you that I'm justly more qualified than my opponents.

And, hell, I've just been around for a long while.
Listen, my foes are admirable people... And they have their own qualifications. But know this, I have been extraordinarily loyal to Wintreath and to Wintermoot for about a year and a half now. And I'm not suggesting that anyone is else is not loyal. I'm saying that I'm an effective madman whose been working closely with this region and other things like this for a long time now... And I think that I'm a REALLY good choice for this. Honestly, I don't think I've got much better validation for you... I could flash plans. I could say nice calming things. But it's not really helpful... There's a limited amount of new things I can say. Simply by the process of this job. So yeah...
