Proposal
This proposal would be to authorize a request for relations with the NationStates region of Europe. It's been proposed by @Saarenmaa and @Mania Sims.

Status
January 25th, 2025: The proposal is currently open for comments and objections. If there are no objections, it will pass by unanimous consent.

By the way, I was thinking, why not organize an embassy between Wintreath and Europe. We have a common embassy with Forest, and you're a pretty big and active region, why not :]

All you have to do is send in an application, it will be reviewed by the government, then if all is well there will be a vote amongst the population as a normal procedure. The region actually fits all the requirements.

Actually, there probably needs to be a period for Citizens to consider this first, too, make sure there are no objections
