Hi, I am MKTroll (but you can call me Kir)
I am a fan of political simulators and Discord Democracies being graduate of Public Administration bachalor's programme in my country - that's why I joined NS. During my first hours I found your Region and I joined - and now I want to become a citizen. Knowing about your transformation, I want to participate and assist you with my expertise. 

Moreover, I just want to chill with interesting people from all around the world - and Wintreath seems to be right place for my wishes to come true

Via recruiting process in NS

Welcome to Wintreath, @MKTroll! It sounds like you have a lot to offer our community, and you've come at just the right time as we're putting together a whole new government style. I hope you enjoy being here.

In looking over things, I noticed that you're currently using a proxy/VPN. We require that people applying for Citizen make at least one post while not using a proxy or VPN so we can better verify that they're not a banned user or alt account. Afterwards you're free to continue using one. Once you do this, we should be able to get you set up quickly.

I think now it is deactivated - there's just need for constant VPN in my country for Discord, e.g.

Two new things now that you're a Citizen:

1) You should be able to see the #governance channel on Discord. This is where we discuss community governance, both IC and OOC.

2) You can now join hangouts, which are private Discord channels for portions of our community so they can freely talk about things. We currently have hangouts for the LGBTQ+ and furry communities...if you're involved in either and would like to join, just DM or ping a Discord op (currently myself, Michi, or Wuufu) and let us know.
