Thanks for applying! However, the nation you listed is in The North Pacific rather than Wintreath. One can become a Citizen without a NS nation in the region, but I want to make sure this is intended since we list Citizens with a nation in the region.

To answer your question, you don't need to be on the Discord, that's perfectly fine.
