Hello, you can call me TheSkelebox. I found this site through NationStates, I usually play video games in my spare time and I hope that we get along well and that we have some fun.

I joined NationStates and through the telegram, found Wintreath, was intrigued and joined.

It looks like you're currently using a VPN or proxy server. I'll need you to make one post (such a response to this) without a VPN/proxy server so I can run a security check (this is standard Citizenship practice for most regions). Afterwards you should be able to continue using your VPN/proxy going forward.

Weird, my VPN should've been off... either way, is this good?

It appears that it's the same connection.

Could you be using a proxy or some other kind of privacy service in addition to a VPN? 

I've double checked and I don't have any proxy/vpn or anything similar on, either my computer is bugged or the internet is acting up. If this doesn't work, I'm not sure what will.

I have an idea...perhaps you could try posting on another device. If you're posting on a computer, try doing it from your phone and vice versa.

We've been doing security checks for years, and this is the first time we've ran into this kind of issue.

Have you tried with both your PC and your mobile phone? Those should not have the same IP, as they should be two completely different carriers.
