Title
1. This act shall be cited as the Stigya Commendation Act.

Recognition
2. The region of Wintreath recognizes the accomplishments, contributions, and services to Wintreath by Stigya, included but not limited to:
a) Creating the long-standing Wintreath Allied Regional Protective Pact (WARPP) on September 13th, 2020, the first individual-led organization in Wintreath's recent history that provided both an in-character outlet for roleplaying within a largely non-roleplay region (at the time) and an out-of-character outlet for community involvement, purpose, and belonging, 
b) Using the aforementioned organization to improve Wintreath in multi-factorial methods, including:
  i) Revitalizing the roleplay community with various organizationally lead roleplays, such as The Trashkanistan Wars, greatly increasing Regional Message Board (RMB) activity with both roleplay posts and conversation concerning the roleplay.
  ii) Selecting and retaining quality members of the Wintreath community to become citizens and become involved in greater Wintreath, such as Svipjoth and The Greenlandic North in their positions of thaneship.
c) Participating in the arts of Wintreath by authoring his book concerning Emperor Roxas and his legacy,
d) Serving in exemplary fashion as both Thane of Regional Affairs and Jarl of Regional Affair, possessing an attention to detail and fast response in Wintreath's RMB alongside working 60 hour work weeks.

3. The Landsraad hereby awards Stigya the Commendation of Wintreath.

Some thoughts:
- some punctuation (period/comma) missing
- Regional Message Board should be capitalized
- parallelism can be improved by making (d) also a gerund, i.e. "serving"
- we commend the citizen, not the nation, so it should be the username (Stigya or Stigya2113)
- by convention, commendations don't end the final point with "And"

I support this bill, the candidate being commended as he's done a great job in office, and the changes Tau proposed.

No worries at all, even veteran Wintrean lawmakers frequently made these mistakes (especially punctuation ones).

Edit: I will note that in your edit of the OP, you're still missing a period in the Title section which I had previously fixed though.

I'm also not familiar with the current process since it's not been used before, but the Provisional Procedural Rules say:

1) Any Citizen may introduce legislation for debate and discussion by the Landsraad. Discussion shall last no less than the greater of three (3) days from introduction or one (1) day from the formal adoption of the last amendment to the proposal.

...
4) The Chancellor shall put the proposal to a vote after the time limits specified in Section 1, which shall last two (2) days. Proposals shall require the support of a majority of voting Citizens not abstaining at the end of this period to pass, unless the Fundamental Laws or relevant law specifies a higher threshold.

So unless there are any other amendments proposed, the time limit will be reached 3 days after your initial proposal, which in my time zone is July 28 (7:42am PDT to be exact if you interpret "3 days" as 72 hours). As Chancellor, @Laurentus will then bring this to vote for 2 days, with a majority of those voting required to pass the law.

Ouchie. I didn't know that a grammatical period would make me feel so embarrassed, lol. 

As far as I'm aware of, this is the first Landsraad proposal since the formation in May 2021. So then as far as these procedural rules concern, @Laurentus would throw a poll either in this thread or in The Landsraad subforum tomorrow morning and we would vote?

Nah, it would need to be something where citizens vote either privately with Moot/me or state aye, nay or abstain in the thread.
