Where most of the metro stations once were, a crater filled with rubble remained. Police guide citizens trying to capture the wreakage  on their phone cameras away from the scene.
Meanwhile, after an initial period of shock, the national headquarters for the KSDI is in turmoil. A task force is hastily put together to find answers and justice for this attack.

Earlier in the morning a large explosive detonated at the Solitas Central Tram Station. 19 were killed and dozens more were wounded. with Solitas being up in the mountains, the destruction of the central station had crippled transport across the Triumvirate's capitol. As reports of similar attacks across the western timezones of Wintreath and the announcement of the Kiddian task force. Emperor Roxas sends team KMSN and terroism investigators to help the task force and put down those responsible.

Upon receiving the news, Archon Paul ordered the mobilization of the MP, MJP and the Inquisition, the Solium Deae brand new metro station is to be shut off from outside access and all metro stations are to be guarded by the MJP and MP 24/7. The MJP is given free use of Torture magic, anything to get information. The archon also proclaimed 3 days of grieving for the 25 killed on the attack, sending generous compensations, and Border Security is increased. Finally, a team of higly renowned MJP and High Inquisitors are sent to other nations to assist the task force. 

Across Uppsala and the entire nation, the disaster was coined by the news as the "Uppsala Train Station Bombing". Within minutes, the nation went into lockdown and within hours, Fylkir Pjotur II Arngrimsson sent the nation into both martial law and an official period of mourning.

The Advisor of Defense, Melkorka, quietly knocked on Pjotur's office door before entering, solemnly approaching the Fylkir with a stack of papers. She sets them down in front of him,

"46 confirmed dead thus far. We're still missing a few dozen people, and even more have been hospitalized. It remains to be seen the total number of causalities..." Melkorka paused before speaking again, "Fylkir Pjotur, what shall we do? This level of terrorism has yet to be seen... with this in mind, I would recommend that we assemble an international investigation team made up of every nation affected by this disaster."

Pjotur listened, his eyes reading the front paper of the report, before speaking,

"I am in agreement. Send out invitations to each nation affected by this disaster to meet in Uppsala for an investigative conference. We need to work together to find who was responsible for this disaster." 

As the explosion went off in Rnesspo’s metro and the dust cleared the nation stood shocked. Queen Jorja I is suppose to go on the air to address the people. As the TV shoots on, broadcasts nationwide are canceled for the speech. Millions, if not billions, of Northern Greenlandic citizens watch the TV, listen to the radio, and are glued to their phones as Queen Jorja I makes addresses the situation. “My citizens, I won’t sugarcoat it. Today a horrible incident killed many in a metro today. The estimated casualties are 20 and hundreds more have been hurt. First Responders continue to work around the clock to find survivors and put faces on the tragedy.” As she gets off the air she’s ushered to a private bunker with her son and Carry Pillow.

Melkorka and her bodyguards approach the 5/15 Investigation Taskforce, reaching her hand out to the chief investigator,

"Welcome to Uppsala. We are pleased to have your team here with us. Please, let us escort you to our meeting room."

With that final note, the bodyguards lead Melkorka and the 5/15 Taskforce to Husbersa (the Svipish equivalent to the US Pentagon), assembling them, as well as Svipish investigators, into a basement meeting hall. As the investigators settle, Melkorka stands and takes her place next to a lectern, announcing,

"Before we begin this conference, we shall wait with diligence for other nations that wish to join us." She then murmurs to the probable chief bodyguard, as he then sends inferior bodyguards back out, presumably to escort whichever other task forces decide to attend.

A portal appears in upppsala and out of it walks out the investigation team. The investigation team consisted of high inquisitors , MJP and an High Elder Look around to this unknown land, they look around and their confusion only increases. They notice some Viking culture and start discussing “are we on the right place, I thought this nation was a world power, why do they stick with such an antiquated culture?” The highest rank member was a member of the High Elder council, she looks to them and says “don’t question the mindset of muggles, their way of thinking is extremely interesting and sometimes nonsensical” she raises her wand up and sends a flare to the sky causing a rose like form to appear. “Now we wait”

New Nuuk International Airport.
While Rnesspo was under attack New Nuuk remainder open. A group of terrorist, named the Greenlandic Devils, wanted to reunite The Greenlandic North with Greenland. The members involved in the incident, Joshep, Vicktor, Liev, Krill, Omram and Anthony were led by Markorv. As the terrorists enter the building they mercilessly open fire on the busy building. 2 would die to the SWAT team and army while the rest get away. The operation had been a amazing success for the devils, the government was weakened as some of the victims were in government. In light of the incident the Rnesspo police pressed for the formation of a anti-terrorist council with stricter airport security.

A explosive device, improvised yet high quality, went off in a underground train station, just outside where the funeral took place. It is currently believed that the Funeral of Arnold Jernigan had something to due with it. 42 people were in the train station, 34 people died, with the remaining 8 now missing. Dead tevkmonks were found with weapons unholstered, which has speculation of SoT (Senate of Tevkravus) being involved in this, they've so far denied all interviews. All camera footage was destroyed. It is unknown why the bomb was set off 21 minutes after the others and the lack of evidence that is being found is giving detectives trouble about what happened.

The Investigation team follows the svipish's guards who escord them into a basement in a meeting hall, the high Elder greets the other members of the meeting and the team settles and waits for others to arrive.

Solium Deae 4pm
The MJP finish collecting evidence, they havent found much, only a pocket watch. Especialists are brought to recreate the explosion and found out that the bomb was brough hidden inside a suitcase by a male individual. The MJP declare that there isnt enough evidence to proceed and decide to wait on the international meeting to see if there is any more relevant information. The archon visits the location looks at the destrucition and says "Reparo" immediatly as if the time went back, all the debris started getting together and in a matter of minutes the metro station was rebuilt. The archon then proceeds to prepare a 100M Ducats subsidy to the families who lost members due to the gruesome attack.

Now the entire investigation progress is frozen, without proof, without evidence, they wait patiencly for information from the international community.

In Flight To The Meeting. 

Emperor Theo Narag is Brushing Fia's Hair For her. He smiles At his Fiancé as she Sits happily in front of him. A speaker Comes on.

Theo and Fia Get ready. To land as Theo looks through the report.

"The Imperial Guard Found the man... Thank the stars. Fia. Don't leave my side during this meeting. These people are barbarians. Even though we are Allies I don't trust them to be civil."

Fia Astral smiles kissing him. "Oh? Someone is being very protective... If that is the Case... Well, let the fun begin."

As the personnel at Husbersa await the arrival of other nation's taskforces, Melkorka Tryggvisdottir lays some papers underneath a projector camera, the contents of which displaying on the wall to her right. It displays photographs of the bombing sites across multiple nations, as well as the sketched portraits of several people and photos from monitoring cameras. Melkorka begins to speak,

"Without surprise, the coordination of these attacks gives us the immediate assumption that they were spearheaded by these attacks. After gathering some initial evidence across all nations affected by this attack, we can conclude this assumption to be correct,"

Melkorka pauses to zoom the projector onto one of the images: a photo from a monitoring camera within the Uppsala metro system, seconds before disaster struck. Uncapping a red pen, she circles two gentleman and further circles patches on their sleeves. She continues,

"Some details to consider here. For one, we have identified both of these men: Sergei Varshevski of Bigtopia and James McIngston of Blackacre. This tells us two things: for one, they did not bother to conceal their identity, which is strange, and secondly, this terrorism does not seem to stem from a particular nation or culture. Furthermore, the patches on their sleeves... After careful analysis, we were able to identify that both men, as well as the many other terrorist across the affected nations, display the same patch on their arm: a red, blue, and yellow sun with a knife in its center. We conclude that this must be some insignia of what we suspect to be a global terrorist group."

Melkorka turns to the Holy Spirean taskforce, "What foundings have you made?"
