I was going over all of the flavor text again. And something caught my eye.

On the television a reporter named Liam is doing a sit down interview with Max Friedman who appears to be an important political figure.

"Mr. Friedman you continue to assert that London is safe despite a string of murders over the past several months…" before he can finish Max interrupts.

"Did anyone die today sir?"

"No but that hardly…"

"We are working tirelessly to stop this crime spree. If nobody died today then we are succeeding."

Now, something I am dead certain of is that the flavor text is important, because it points to characters in the game, confirmed by the existence of Michi and Dolby.

This implies there’s a politician. And based off of that tidbit, it wouldn’t benefit him if news of deaths got out. We don’t get any info after deaths and it’s referenced further in the text here

In the office of Detective Jacob Lane a report is placed on his desk by an aide. He flips through the pages. The coroner report has been heavily redacted. Every day it feels more and more like someone in the city is trying to make sure this murder is never solved.

It's impossible to figure out anything from this report.

I stand by what I said- whether or not I’m right about Mel’s role in this, I’m not worried about that. What I’m worried about is the little song and dance routine that reeks of scum desperation. Someone’s lost their chill.

Sure, deflection is a standard tactic scum use everywhere. Instead of trying to argue why Jacob is bad (a lost cause, by the way), instead your focus now becomes attacking the person instead of the argument. Your only case against me is that I'm too buddy-buddy with Dolby, and that's a fucking weak case when you still haven't been able to back your weak shit up at all for how you can ignore literally a fucking motion detector that scanned Dolby and found him not to visit anyone or be visited by anyone. All you have left is weak rhetoric. 

Here's some more logic for you, wolfie. You're clearly trying to draw my status as Jacob in question. Do you think I claim such an important character so willy-nilly? If anyone counter-claims, we immediately know someone's a liar, vote one out, or vote both out just to be sure we kill the sumbitch who's lying in a world where nothing gets revealed. So if there's no CC (and a Wolf would be fucking dumb to CC), then all you're left with is trying to argue maybe this is not actually a character anyone in the game has. If the newscaster got shut down, it would not return a "you didn't see anything" result as Michi seems to have gotten, it would have probably been made known to him that his ability didn't succeed.

Let’s try that again- the storyline flavor text. Not directly Michi’s result. 

The kind of scum that needs town to vote NL, either for off-color mechanical reasons or to avoid one of their friends (I doubt it’s just the two of you) being nabbed early, which has obviously worked out just fine for you so far. 

Yes. The only person who rivals NL’s vote count, Dolby. And I’ve seen people throw their teammates under the bus for less. Scapegoating one to cover the others isn’t a new concept in WW.  I’m glad we could cover that again.

In all honesty? I wouldn't be surprised if there was no janitoring and the redacting was just all the host fucking with us.  That's how much I trust them.

It might not be janitorial activity. It seems more like a switch that is turned on, and there is some way to turn it off, get details. On the topic of redaction, the only way we get to know what's going around is media people and news mostly. You have been doing some news stuff for last two days, and media does deal in redactions , is redaction an ability that you hold?
