@taulover, @Imaginative Kane: I just realized that I never elaborated on the transcribing system in the game, so I've updated the design document with section 2.0.2 - Transcribing Tomes. 

@Imaginative Kane: Also, using the self-building construct is a player action, not an apprentice action. You can place the tome in the library at no action cost though, since it's moving it from one part of your tower to another. Given that and the fact that you're using the transcribe action that wasn't defined until just now, I'll pause the round for a bit so you can update your post. Please post once you have to confirm that you've finished for this round.
